Storage wars cast make money
By Ross Mcdonagh For Dailymail. Darren Sheets is used to trying to make the lowest offer, but being on the receiving end is a whole different kettle of fish. Instead of gambling on what is on a locker, the veteran Storage Wars is taking a gamble on his career, reportedly threatening to walk away from the show in a row over money. And not only that, according to TMZ , the network has also informed him he is only scheduled to appear in four of the next series' 26 episodes.

Along with his son Brandon, Darrell has appeared in all six seasons of the reality show, which followers a group of professional buyers who purchase the auctioned contents of relinquished storage lockers and attempt to sell them for profit.
Although the star has appeared in the vast majority of episodes in every season - in fact he is just one of three cast members to have a main billing in all seasons so far - the new arrangement would see him drop to the status of 'recurring' character. Sources close the bargain hunter told TMZ he is prepared to walk away from the show altogether, as he has offers on the table from other networks to have his own spin off show.
Out with the old: The star allegedly claims the network wants to replace him with cheaper, hungrier and younger cast members. He wouldn't be the first storage warrior to do so: The star reportedly believes the network is making the move to phase him out and replace him with younger, hungrier new stars who will work for much less.
If he does walk away from the Storage Wars, he may have played right into the producers' hands, as they are reportedly pushing ahead with season seven with or without him.
